[CCWG-ACCT] An Inadvertent Omission in Annex 5 - Mission Statement

What does this have to do with the NTIA announcement?  This is about the
Mission Statement.  We still have Commitment # 3 which requires ICANN to
fulfill its Mission in a manner that preserves and enhances the neutral
and judgment free operation of the DNS, and the operational stability,
reliability, security, global interoperability,
resilience, and openness of the DNS and the Internet;
