[CCWG-ACCT] Work plan in January/Meeting schedule

Further to my earlier messages
Pls reduce the duration of each call from 3 hours to 2 hours for the valid reasons that did provide.
If not please put this issue to CCWG formal vote either at the first meeting on 05 Jan.2016 or establish a doodle
