I am not sure Jones Day can give advice that will affect ICANN in
any way negatively.

They are "conflicted out" and that is a legal term, not emotion :-)-O


If they give advice contrary to previous ICANN filings they put
ICANN into very serious problems.  If they give advice and later
they file for ICANN differently they put ICANN into very serious
problems.
