[CCWG-ACCT] Ombudsman and Stream 2

Avri,
as we move on, we will take a closer look at all the accountability mechanisms, including the Ombudsman. We have informed Chris LaHatte that we will call upon him to explain his role and work to us at some point. He has volunteered to also speak to the role of ombudsmen in broader terms, i.e. about the possibilities and limitations. I guess that will help inform the discussion that you are looking for.
