Per Leon's request, here is a (rough) write-up of the new scenario/contingency I raised on Monday:


(Proposed) 22.  ICANN delegates or subcontracts its obligations under a future iANA agreement to a third party.  Would also include ICANN merging with or allowing itself to be acquired by another organization.
