[CCWG-ACCT] summary of mailing list discussions, week 16-22 January

Hi everyone.

Staff have been producing a summary of CCWG list discussion for the expert
advisors.  Thought it might be helpful for you to see.  Summary for the
week of 16 -22 January attached.

We write these on a weekly basis, try to turn them around quite quickly so
the advisors can follow the discussions (a few of the advisors are also
subscribed to list).
