[CCWG-ACCT] Who is managing the lawyers and what have they beenasked to do?

It might be reasonable to think of the ccNSO as a vehicle through which
ccTLDs can organise to make global policy if and when required, but more
commonly to prevent global policies being made / imposed on us...
