My proposal which mentioned  that the recognition of human rights in the Bylaws is fundamental . However,due to the fact that it is a sensitive and delicate issue , the exact text/ language to adequately address / cover the case  needs to be carefully examined and agreed upon within the tasks and activities to be carried out under WS2
