Dear Alice,

I am concerned about the way at least my comments have been
paraphrased.

Missing are that

1) I made the point of no content being discernible as relevant to
ccTLD Managers and that I consider this problematic; and

2) the issue of the actual root zone and the consequential questions
such as statutory powers.

I would appreciate if staff amended the document accordingly at your
very earliest convenience.
