[CCWG-ACCT] Communique - revised - any feedback by midnight Argentina time

So what I hear that it was drafted by the Co-Chairs during lunch is correct. Never mind that it was not deliberated by the plenum.

Since the statement uses past tense it is at best misleading. 

So, for the record, I object against the statement.
