Colleagues
For those interested, the "suspension calendar" mentioned in the text is for
those bills that are considered non-controversial and expected to pass with
more than 2/3rds of the House voting in support. Passage in the House at
this level would be politically significant in the US system and suggest
that adoption in the Senate is also relatively likely.

The House will vote on the DOTCOM Act under suspension of the rules on
Tuesday, according to a weekly schedule from House Majority Leader Kevin
McCarthy.
The bipartisan bill - which would give Congress 30 legislative days to
review the administration's plan to relinquish oversight of the Internet's
domain name system - passed out of the Energy and Commerce Committee earlier
this month.
