[CCWG-ACCT] CCWG Advisors joining Istanbul meeting

To follow-on from Keith's question - why at a minimum aren't the Chairs 
meeting with them?  Who will be briefing them prior to the working sessions?

Seems like a long day to be chatting in isolation from those who are 
doing the work, etc.
