[CCWG-ACCT] CCWG/Board briefing call

Dear Co-Chairs,

am I missing something here?  So, it is now a proposal.  Not a draft
report, no consensus call no minority view.

If this doesn't violate the Charter I don't know what does.


And when was this discussed?  It is short notice and I am
unavailable.
