[CCWG-ACCT] Definition of Hell for each Myers Briggs Personality Type

Dear Co-Chairs,

I request that you remind our colleague that the CCWG Charter includes an established process for escalating procedural complaints:


Section V:  Rules of Engagement
Decision-Making Methodologies:
Any member who disagrees with the consensus-level designation made by the Chair(s), or believes that his/her contributions are being systematically ignored or discounted should first discuss the circumstances with the relevant sub-group chair or the CCWG-Accountability co-chairs. In the event that the matter cannot be resolved satisfactorily, the group member should request an opportunity to discuss the situation with the Chairs of the chartering organizations or their designated representatives.

I recommend our colleague exercise the established mechanism in the CCWG Charter and request a discussion with the Chairs of the Chartering Organizations, rather than continuing to pepper the CCWG email list with unhelpful and disrespectful messages. If our colleague chooses to not avail himself of this established escalation mechanism, any future claims of procedural deficiencies should be considered accordingly.

ENFJ – Your loved ones are in dire need of guidance but every piece of advice you gives them inadvertently makes things worse for them.
ISFJ – Everyone you love is yelling at each other and it’s all your fault.
ISTJ – You are expected to complete a highly esteemed project with absolutely no guidance as to what’s expected of you.
INFJ – You are eternally damned to working for a morally corrupt company that aims to exploit the weak and generally degrade conditions for all of society.
ESTP – You are completely paralyzed, lacking even the ability to speak.
ENTP – Freedom of speech is revoked from the constitution. Voicing your opinion in any way is now illegal.
INTP – You are eternally condemned to researching an extremely vapid topic using wildly inaccurate methods, mostly involving interviewing people who have no idea what they’re talking about.
ENTJ – Somebody is wrong, and they’re directing a large group of people! You can’t do anything about it and will have to obey whatever inefficient policies they decide to implement.
