[CCWG-ACCT] Timeline and next steps (updated)

Hello,

I do have sympathy for US colleagues participating in this process. I just
like to flag early that whatever approach is finally concluded (based on
the concern raised by US participants) should be noted and applied for
subsequent scenarios that may occur.
