As the board and ICANN legal representation to the CCWG I would appreciate it if could be communicated to Jones Day a more collegial and collaborative tone would go a long way to ensuring that we all come to a mutually acceptable solution on these matters. I have noted some of my observations and notes on the content on the memo below for the CCWG to consider. Please note I am not a legal professional so these are my laypersons observations.
