[CCWG-ACCT] Final version - chart comparing current Mission & Core Values with 2nd Draft Proposal Mission, Commitments & Core Values

Dear All,
I have not checked the doc. because it is not checkable.
Standard procedure is that the initial texts are placed in one column and
the amendemnets in the second column BUT WITH REVISION MARKS and NOT AS
CLEAN TEXT
SORRY IT IS NOT  WORKABLE TO CHECK WORD BY WORD AND LIONE BY LINE
