[CCWG-ACCT] Preparation for Monday

Hi Christopher,
we parse all incoming e-mails and try to include all aspects that have been brought up in the document we are just preparing. We hope to capture every issue that has been sent to the list, but it will be good if all of you double-check whether we have included your points.
