[CCWG-ACCT] Lawyers' Comments on Annex 9 (Affirmation of Commitments)

Dear CCWG-ACCT Co-Chairs, Members, Participants and ICANN Staff,

Attached please find very light comments from Sidley and Adler on the Final Draft of Annex 9 (Affirmation of Commitments).  Please note the following:


·         Paragraph 85:  We made a conforming change to reflect recent edits made to Annex 10 relating to assessing the role of GAC interaction with the Board and with the broader ICANN community.

·         A section discussing Changes from Third Draft Proposal should be added, to conform with other annexes.

Please note that we will give it one more review when we review  the entire draft of the CCWG Proposal  in close to final form.
