Hi Eberhard,

We’ve updated the hyperlinks in the footnotes as well as adjusted the language to say “5a to 5f on this page” in your footnote on page 3.

Regarding the numbering of the footnotes, the first footnote in your minority statement is the second footnote in the document (please see the co-Chairs note in the first footnote on page 1). Since your minority statement is no longer standalone in this appendix and rather a part of the aggregate document, your first footnote will begin as footnote 2.
