[CCWG-ACCT] AGENDA - Call #75

Is the Rec. #1 issue of whether GAC should remain in an advisory role only or also add the decision making role of the Community Powers on the agenda for call #75?  The inspection issue isn’t the only issue under discussion on Rec. #1, is it?
