This was, incidentally part of another ATRT2  recommendation, accepted
by the Board, that commenters have the opportunity to correct the
synthesis of their comments.

Without imputing motives where there may well be none,  the ATRT2
recommendation took into account the difficulty of understanding all
things correctly all the time.

As with many of the transparency and accountability recommendations made
and accepted in the past, this awaits implementation.
