Dear All,
I have no problem wuith the proposed text so far as it referrs to : "most
recent version of Memorandum of Understanding between ICANN and the ASO*
ztHERE IS NO NEED TO THE LAST PART "as may be amended from time to time in
accordance with its Terms"
Legally , the most recent Version of..... covers the last part . I
theerefore DO NOT SUPPORT THE LAST PART .
