[CCWG-ACCT] Regarding mission statement and human rights

For the Human Rightissue,one suggestion was to follow the Board's request (
Not to include any thing about HR in the transitial / intermediate Bylaws
but receiving the Board's  FIRM Committment IN A bOAR'S rESOLUTION APPROVED
AND SENT TO CCWG IMMEDIATEL enabling CCWG whther it could endorse that and
annex it to the Bylaws to cool down those who are worried about the HR.
During the last 17 days, the Board made no mistake in oignoring that aspect
but people are scrutinizing in a exreme scrupolously in that issue thus let
us have the Board' s committment that it fulls observe and respect human
right as it has done it before
