[CCWG-ACCT] gTLD Auctions vs Travel Costs

Hi,

Many of us have been asking for a bottom up discussion on this issue
since the new gTLD program was approved.

It has never been the right time for such a discussion for one reason or
another.

At the very least, I believe they are holding these funds in a separate
account, or something like that, until the Board decides what it want s
to do.  Hard to know for sure.
