Greg is correct.

The GNSO has kicked off a drafting team (DT) to put together a charter for this group. We have invited other SOs and ACs to send participants to contribute to this effort, which will be getting underway soon.

I believe there are plans for an Auction Proceeds Working Group (or Crosscommunity Working Group), if am not mistaken.
