[CCWG-ACCT] Reminder: Need Rapporteurs by 3 July

Everyone is inherently a function of the context in which they are embedded
and the notion of a positivist (objective, neutral, distant) rapporteur is
impossible. Diversity for the sake of diversity can help counter this and
provide a richer discourse of what transpires. Unfortunately, rapporteurs
and chairs are often more than people who just report. There have been
plenty examples in the CWG and CCWG (and their various Design Teams)
wherein the chairs/rapporteurs have set, unset and reset the policy agenda
in a manner that has dictated and shaped the subsequent discussions.

However, I hope the current nominees will try to be as objective and
neutral in setting the agenda listening to all sides of the argument
instead of pre-conceived notions of what ought to be and what ought not to
be even discussed.

That said, I support both Greg and Vinay.
