+1 I am in agreement with priority item stated above. A number of us lived
with a lot of things in WS1 in the interest of letting the transition
succeed. In WS2, there is nothing more at stake except that we ensure the
community to exercise the WS1 powers are themselves accountable. That IMO
is the biggest item that WS1 would be dependent upon
