Hi Holly,

Not at this point. We have one outstanding request for the Legal Committee
but, in WS2, only items certified by this committee (which can direct
requests to Sidley, Adler or Icann Legal) will be sent out for your review.
Thanks for your patience.

Best
Mathieu

Dear Colleagues,

It is my pleasure to forward the first draft report from one our subgroups.
Congratulations to the Transparency subgroup for their ability to work
efficiently and diligently on this important aspect of our work.

The proposals will be discussed in our call today as a first reading, as
well as in Hyderabad.

Best
Mathieu

Hi all,

Please find attached a first draft of the Report from the WS2 Transparency
Subgroup.

I'll note that, in each section, there are one or two "Questions raised for
further consideration". These generally relate to issues that were raised by
the participants in our call on Friday, and which we haven't been able to
resolve yet. We aim to build these into the document as discussions move
forward, hopefully with input from the broader community.

Best wishes - and we look forward to taking this conversation forward,

Michael Karanicolas
