[Accountability-dt] Outreach Tracking for Wiki

Dear all, 

We have noticed a lot of outreach by DT members not only to the SO/Acs, but
also more broadly. In addition to publishing an announcement about the
Charter, we'd like to track this great outreach on the Wiki as a way to
highlight the DT's efforts to engage.

Would you be willing to send me your outreach to date so that I can add it
to the Wiki? For example, Mathieu has done outreach to the broader ccTLD
community, Athina has done outreach to the RIPE community, etc.
