Hi, The above is referenced in footnote 2 in the 29WP Opinion 2/2003 on the
application of the data protection principles to the Whois directories.

Does anyone have a copy in English of this document? I would like to review
it. It is also referenced in the second to last sentence of the June 22,
2006 WP29 letter to ICANN.
