[Alac-sc-outreach] Interpretation of ATLAS II Summit Recommendation 21

Dear All,

Thinking more about this recommendation, it could be that the intent is to
for ICANN to be more visible in campaigns like the International
Telecommunication Union (ITU) does. Some examples of ITU's campaigns from
