[Alac-sc-outreach] Immediate work items/objectives for the Outreach and Engagement SC for 2015

One more item to add

- investigate how a calendar (or calendars) can be used by this SC working
with the Global Stakeholder Engagement (GSE)

track possible Outreach events in the regions. We have a Outreach Events
Calendar but it is not well known.
