[Alac-sc-outreach] O&E budget proposal for the FBSC - Access by RALOsfor funding of local engagement activities

Support the proposal. A reasonable timeframe for submission of funding must be clearly defined to ensure RALO's or local stakeholders/community members have sufficient time to proceed with planning activities.

My guess is that some groups might have access to some for of credit line while funds are granted.

Again, I support this proposal.
