[ALT-Plus] REMINDER - ICANN72 Topic Proposals Open through 6 August

Dear Maureen,

indeed -- in which case this is *not* the announcement that should have 
been sent out. Tanzanica's email was meant for the SOAC leaders and 
representatives to use the submission form on behalf of their SOAC and 
it shouldn't have been shared openly.

On the other hand, the At-Large Staff announcement should have proposed 
an At-Large WIKI page or a Google Form ( like 
https://community.icann.org/x/TYC1CQ ) where people can make proposals 
to be considered by the At-Large ICANN72 planning committee. At present 
there is no mention of any address where At-Large members can send their 
proposals. So how does one do that? On yesterday's CPWG mailing list it 
sounded like people had to email the CPWG mailing list?

We've been through the motions so many times, it's surprising that this 
mistake is done again thus crowding the ICANN process with internal ALAC 
discussions.
