[APRALO-Policy] Bangladesh DNSAI course Report

Thank you to ISOC Dhaka and other Bangladesh participants for their
participation and  feedback in the first DNSAI course mailout. I am giving
small groups of participants 2 weeks to do the course, so that I can get
more feedback from more small groups from around the APRALO region during
the year (but mainly to fit the work involved into what little spare time I
have at the moment).

Nepal is the next group for the end of April and then I want to send it out
to PICISOC at the start of May.  It will give us something to discuss in
Washington for the GA. Those who register but do not complete the course
before the cutoff time, will still be able to access and complete the
course in their own time but no certificates unfortunately.
