[APRALO-Policy] Another online course

HI all

In my "spare time" I have been putting together a course for our GA and
other new members

not so engaged with us, to learn more about APRALO and what we do.

I have been able to use the Articulate "Share" section for a couple of
weeks to give you time to get some feedback to me before I set it up more
permanently on the aws site where I am having to store these courses.
