Colleagues, since the following conflicts will restrict us:

Week of Sep 4                   ==> Not suitable for many
Week of Sep 11                ==> Not suitable for local host + Cyrillic Team meeting on the 14th
Week of Sep 18                ==> Not suitable for local host
Week of Sep 25                ==> IGF

I guess this leaves us with the option of the first week of October (week of October 2). That leaves us with 3 weeks until the ICANN Dakar meeting. The questions is “will 3 weeks after the Doha meeting be enough heading into Dakar?” I think we have to finalize this matter ASAP.

We will work with our host ictQatar to find alternatives.  Last week of Sept. may not be possible due to IGF.  We request Baher and Mohammed to discuss and finalize possible options as soon as possible, as 6-8 Sept. seems unsuitable for many of us.

Dear All,

I have checked internally regarding the arrangements for a face to face meeting for the team on
the proposed dates agreed on the last conference call ( week of 11th September ), unfortunately
ictQATAR is hosting the “ Connect Arab States summit” team meetings in the same week .

There is availability to held the meeting on 6th  to 8th September 2011, which the week after Eid
Holiday, this we mean that we need to start visa process as soon as possible, starting by obtaining your passport copies
Early next week .

The week of 18th September is not possible due to the absence of some of the team members due To IGF or other commitments .

Can you please confirm the dates .
