[arabic-vip] Doha Face-to-Face meeting Details

Dear Colleagues,

As we are preparing for our face-to-face meeting that will be held in Doha from 13th  to 15th September 2011.
we would like to provide you with the bellow details :


·         The meeting Dates :
2  and half Days from 13th , 14th  and 15th September 2011



·         Venue :
ictQATAR Building, AL Naser Tower B.

·         Visa Process :
ictQATAR will handle the visa process internally, please fill the attached visa request form and provide us with a scanned passport copy to start the visa
process as soon as possible .


·         Travel Support  :

ictQATAR will provide Travel and accommodation to some of team members, if you would like to get travel support please email me and Baher offline the

mailing list .



·         Remote Participation :

We will coordinate with ICANN to ensure remote participation is available for team members whom will not be able to attend the face to face meeting .
