I am just trying to define the scope of our assigned task i.e. Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) regarding IDN ccTLD registry based on Arabic Script. 
The scope is as under:
To draft the outline for the UDRP regarding IDN ccTLD registry based on Arabic Script This policy document may cover acceptance of disputes appeals and resolve Domain Name disputes. These disputes may arise due to IDN Variant issues and some other reasons such as practice of cyber-squatting, which involves the pre-emptive registration of trademarks by third parties as domain names with which they have no connection etc.
