[arabic-vip] observers on arabic-vip

Dear Sarmad ..
I frankly don't know the merits behind having observers to the list (specially that the list is open for all to read), and surely agree to allowing Alireza's and Rafiq's participation to the list ..

Dear All,

We have two obeservers on the Arabic vip team
 
Alireza Saleh
Rafiq Dammak (JIG nominee)
 
As they have shown interest to participate, it would be fruitful to have them contribute to the discussion on the list and meetings, and not just listen in, as we can learn from their point of view as well.  
 
If you have any reservations, please write back to this list or privately to me within next week.  Based on your responses, we will finalize the course forward.
