[arabic-vip] review of comments to Arabic team report

This particular section is discussing requirement of having additional rules for code points common/inherited properties as raised by JCK, and thus listing pros or cons of ZWNJ may digress from the topic.  This has been addressed in an earlier section on ZWNJ more directly.  Also, if we want to list the cons, we should also list the pros, to keep a balanced view of the issue, though not sure if we need to document these again, as these are already documented in detail in the report.  

 

Please respond and then we can finalize.

I have not seen any reactions to Dr. Al-Zoman’s comment. Not sure if that means people are ok with it or they (particularly Behnam and Siavash) have not seen the email!

If you allow me, I would suggest the following:

At the end of the report … replace the following statement:
"ZWNJ is already a CONTEXT character with rules identified (though they need to be extended as proposed). "

With the following text:
"ZWNJ is already a CONTEXT character with rules identified (though they need to be extended as proposed). However, it raises a number of problems to be addressed and resolved (e.g., usability, security, reachebility problems, as identified in the Arabic Script Variant Issues Report) so that it can be adapted at the TLDs.
