Dear colleagues,

I looked at this very quickly, with particular attention to what
changed.  I think this addresses substantially everything I asked
about.  While I expect some pointed questions from the DNS community,
I think people should find most of the answers are actually in the
text.  This is good work, and I appreciate the opportunity you have
given me to be occasionally useful in clarifying details.
