Subject: Suggested Text for the Fees section

Dear Dr. Sarmad and all,

Here is a suggested draft of the text related to "Fees" … please feel free to review and modify

Fees

Variant TLD labels are needed and required to address the reachebility, usability and security issues. The current ICANN new gTLD application fee is already high, therefore, it should cover any cost related to providing and managing variant TLDs.

It is important to notice that reachebility, usability and security issues should not be charged (i.e., extract fees beside the application fee) and hence it should be provided part of the TLD application fee. It is worth to say that it is sometimes not a choice for the TLD applicant to ignore some user community by not applying for variants due to the extra fees for variants.
