In a slightly different context, I was talking to John Klensin, and he
observed that for the purposes of this report it would be extremely
valuable if the spelling of character names were aligned with what
Unicode uses, even if one thinks that Unicode's spelling of the name
of the character is wrong.  I can see his point, and said I'd pass the
idea along.

Just a suggestion.
