[atrt2] Open Archive

Several different things have been mentioned.  Let's see if this list is complete.  Also note there is one specific question we need answered.

1. Mail archive for ATRT2: Should be open.

2. Meetings posted in advance.

3. Remote participation for the members should be provided.

4. Streaming of the session should be provided.  For the archive, or for others to watch in real-time?

5. I assume we're still planning to limit the participation to just the members of the team.  If we want to have an open session with the community, that will be a separate decision.

Please respond with whether streaming is intended just for the archive or for real-time following.  And holler if my statements 1-3 and 5 are off the mark.
