Dear ATRT2,

The purpose of this call is to update you on the progress of the Benchmarks and Metrics Project, and for you to provide to the One World Trust team your ideas and expectations relative to Accountability and Transparency performance measurement and metrics to inform their work.

Christina Laybourn of One World Trust supplied several question for you to consider prior to the meeting.

•       What do you think will be the benefits to ICANN of using a set of Metrics and Benchmarks to measure their accountability and transparency?
•       What key areas of ICANN’s work do you think the Metrics need to focus on? (i.e. Transparency / engagement with stakeholders / board governance / complaints handling)
•       What do the metrics need to achieve in order to successfully measure and improve ICANN’s accountability?
•       How do you think it will be best to communicate ICANN’s progress against the metrics and benchmarks?
