Thanks for this Fiona. Works well for me.
Upon reading the text again, I do have one concern in the last sentence,
using "via" as a term that specifies, perhaps too narrowly, the way
ICANN should run its improvement of translation and interpretation services.
Suggestion:

ICANN should implement continuous improvement of translation and interpretation services /including /benchmarking of procedures used by international organizations such as the United Nations.
