On behalf of ATRT2 and pursuant to the Affirmation of Commitments, attached is the ATRT2 Final Report and Recommendations for submission to the ICANN Board of Directors.  ATRT2 wishes to recognize and thank the ICANN Staff for its support and diligence during the course of ATRT2's work.  Led by Denise Michel and her staff, particular recognition is given to Larisa Gurnick, Alice Jansen and Charla Shambley whose tireless work and attention to detail assisted the ATRT2 in producing this Final Report.  We also thank the entire ICANN Community, the Board, and Steve as a member of ATRT2, for thoughtful engagement and feedback throughout the process.
