[bc-gnso] Alert from secretariat - Finished work @ Costa Rica

Dear BC Members,

This is just to note to members in Costa Rica and to members 
participating remotely that I have finished my work in Costa Rica, and 
won't therefore be available to answer questions/provide information for 
the last two days of the meeting. Please contact the excomm directly for 
questions. I will resume work on Monday March 19th.

It has been a pleasure to see members in Costa Rica!
